1. What Virise provides

Virise provides tools for personal tracking, structured reflection, short coping practices, habit-change planning, pregnancy-planning organization, and user-initiated summaries. Features may change during testing.

2. Not medical care

Virise does not provide medical diagnosis, fertility prediction, treatment, psychotherapy, emergency services, or individualized clinical advice. App content and website articles are general educational information and personal organization tools.

Do not delay professional care because of information in Virise. If you may harm yourself or another person, or face a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

3. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be legally able to accept these terms in your region. Virise is not directed to children under 13, and certain stores or regions may apply a higher minimum age. Do not use Virise to record information about another person without a lawful basis and their appropriate consent.

4. Local records and backups

You are responsible for device access and for creating any supported backup you want to keep. Uninstalling the App, erasing a device, or losing a device may permanently remove records that were not exported. Virise cannot restore local-only records from a server account.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid products will be billed through the applicable app store. The price, trial length, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and included features shown in the store at purchase time control. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled through store settings. Restore Purchases will be available where required.

6. Availability and acceptable use

We may fix, add, remove, or pause features and testing access. Do not misuse the website or App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

Virise and its original design, code, content, and marks are protected by applicable law. You keep ownership of the content you enter. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Virise without disclosing your sensitive record.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Virise is provided “as is” without a guarantee of a particular health, behavioral, relationship, or pregnancy outcome. The final public terms will include jurisdiction- appropriate warranty, liability, dispute, and governing-law clauses.

9. Privacy and contact

The Privacy page explains the planned data flow. A verified legal contact and operator identity will be inserted before public release.
